Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges:
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are less than satisfied with anything you order from thegreenlifeco.com, you may exchange it or return it within 30 days for a full refund less shipping fees. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All shipping costs related to a return are the responsibility of the customer.
Please email us at info@thegreenlifeco.com before returning or exchanging a product so that we can issue a return authorization number to insure that your return is processed accurately and quickly.
If we shipped you the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping as well as the shipment of the correct item. Please contact us at info@thegreenlifeco.com to obtain a return authorization number and return postage. Please use the same packaging for the returned item.
All items must be returned in saleable condition and in the original packaging for a full refund. Due to health regulations, items such as pillows, bedding, towels, personal care products, baby products and cosmetics are not returnable. Special order items can not be returned as they are ordered or are made just for you.
When returning goods, please use a service that allows you to track your shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost during return shipment. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure safe delivery. Please include your order number, name, address, phone number and return authorization number.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us at info@thegreenlifeco.com for a return authorization number and return postage. We will replace the damaged item or refund your full purchase price including the portion of the actual shipping cost that pertains to that item, upon receipt of the damaged item.
Shipment:
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. In the event that an item is not immediately available, we will contact you before processing your order. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods if the delivery time is the same or faster.
Eco-friendly Packaging:
The Green Life is committed to reducing waste wherever possible. You will most likely receive your order in a pre-used box. If not, it will be in a box made of recycled materials. All packing materials are either pre-used or recycled and we encourage you to save these materials for your own future use.
The Green Life is a paperless business. You will not receive a paper packing slip with your order. Instead, your order details will be emailed to you only. If you delete or lose your order details please contact us at info@thegreenlifeco.com and we will send you a new one.
